The Quality Assurance Specialist will work with numerous departments within EQT Midstream to manage and drive improvement in a variety of operational and administrative processes.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), LOTO (Lock-out, Tag-out) Procedures, policies, operating manuals, etc.;
Maintain and administer the document management process to ensure SOP's, operational policies, etc. are compliant and remain current;
Develop annual audit programs and schedules based on operational priorities and prior audit performance. Create audit forms and process for data capture, analysis and retention;
Perform on-going, time framed, manual or electronic audits of SOPs and LOTO documentation. Analyze results, identify trends and develop recommendations;
Perform Quality Control checks on Operational data- work with appropriate departments to correct discrepancies.
Administer the Management of Change (MOC) processes;
Capture and maintain list of corrective actions and initiatives. Provide status updates on audits plans, procedures reviews and key department processes.
Technical writing – utilize Microsoft Word to develop detailed technical procedures
Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint skills
Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (i.e. Maximo) preferred
Ability to query data, analyze findings, report results and recommendations
Ability to grasp business concepts quickly and translate into technical solutions
Ability to travel overnight to other company locations as responsibilities necessitate
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business or closely related field
Technical writing experience & proficient reading & interpreting engineering drawings.
2+ years of experience
Strong attention to detail
Related work experience that demonstrates ability to perform a variety of Quality Assurance functions preferred
Oil and gas industry experience preferred
Experience with ISO systems preferred
